Chicago!

I am leaving for Chicago on Tuesday night, and I can't wait. My architecture professors believe that walking around the city for a few days will educate us. 40 of us plan to stay there for about 4-5 days. I hope it will be as fun as the architecture trip to New York City during our 3rd year was. Yes, I will miss other classes, but I won't have to make up a substantial amount of work. We'll visit a lot of the most famous architectural sites of Chicago. I hope to have some free time to see the city on my own, too. I'm looking forward to the trip!

Don't forget to do this things:
1. Shop on Michigan Ave. Buy yourself something nice.
2. Eat at Pizza Uno, Pizza Due, and Giordano's... then let me know which you think is best. (My friends and I have many debates over this.)
3. If you want to try the food that convinced me to go vegetarian and have extra cash, dine at The Green Zebra. (It's an AMAZING experience!!!!)
4.Take a walk by the Chicago River on a pretty afernoon.
5. Eat some Eli's Cheesecake.

Megan,

I really enjoyed your presentation. I found the Psychology of Color really interesting and will have to take that into account when I repaint my room! I hope you have an excellent fall break and lots of fun in Chicago! I'm jealous!

Your presentation was my favorite too. I'm really interested in color, yet another thing they don't have time to really teach us in architecture. Had fun with you in Chicago. See you in studio!
